SUMMARY

The TrEE project aims to develop a European network of trainers, teachers and operators of environmental education and recycling methods, to provide them with the necessary tools for efficient training, to create a virtuous circle of exchange of experience and good practices between operators from different countries, in order to create a environmental education program which is flexible and shared for use in schools.

The partnership wants to realize an exchange of experiences and opportunities through transnational meetings, attended by staff and learners, a network of local museums of recycling created by artifacts realized in each country thanks to local competitions, a set of videos produced by teachers and trainers to create tools for training in recycle methods, in order to improve the implementation of programs in environmental education.

The purpose of the project is to generate an exchange of experiences and good practices among participants involved.  Partners will hold an initial phase of study and analysis of national policies on the environment and  teaching methods and/or projects and laboratories just realized, and to realize a selection of the most innovative and effective practices.

In each country Partners will provide local competitions for trainers, teachers and other staff involved in training, to improve ICT skills and realize a video relating to a specific theme of environmental education (recycling, reuse, waste separation, etc..).
Partners will also organize an European festival of recycled products, organized in local exhibition (during the project transnational meetings thanks to the collaboration of local schools) and in a final event, to deliver the results of the project and realize the final exhibition of Recycling Materials.
